Polpa caters for all Melbourne suburbs. Just share your event location when enquiring.
We cater by pizza, not by headcount. Our setup can serve up to 50 11-inch pizzas per event, whether that’s 50 guests enjoying a full pizza each or a larger crowd sharing slices, it’s completely up to you.
Yes! Our Polpa Mini Feast is perfect for kids' birthdays and family-style events.
Yes! We cater to most dietary needs, including gluten-free. Our gluten-free bases are house-made and genuinely delicious — just let us know in advance.
Please note, while we take care, our kitchen handles gluten, so we can’t guarantee zero cross-contamination.
All we need is a flat 3×3m space in your front or backyard. We bring our own ovens, tables and equipment.
Each package lets you choose your pizza selection from our curated list of flavours. To ensure consistency and quality on the day, we don’t offer ingredient substitutions.
Pizzas are served on paper plates. Extra plates and napkins can be added on request. Additional staff, such as waiters, are also available as an optional add-on.
Yes! Our Nutella pizza is a crowd favourite and can be added to any package.
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks ahead to secure your date — especially on weekends.
We’ll always do our best to reschedule your booking. Cancellations are fully refundable up to 30 days before the event.
Travel within Metro Melbourne is included. If your location is outside that area, we’ll confirm any extra fee upfront.
We’re prepared for light rain with our 3x3m marquee setup. For heavier weather, we’ll work with you to find the safest solution — rescheduling or relocating if needed.
